Esther Marcilla Balaguer
Partner– Financial and Corporate Manager
Esther holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia and a Master’s degree in Financial and Tax Administration from the same institution. She is also a tenured professor, currently on leave of absence, of Industrial Organisation and Legislation at the EASD in Valencia.
She has spent much of her professional career in the tax departments of leading companies and specialist firms. She began her career in the tax department of Garrigues Andersen and later joined the Bancaja Group, where she was part of the tax department of its real estate management companies (Cisa and Actura).
Later, she combined teaching with her professional activity in collaboration with Javier, with whom she founded the real estate consultancy WINNOR.
Javier Martínez Espasa
Managing Partner
Javier holds a Law Degree from San Pablo CEU University and is a qualified solicitor. He has an MBA from Antonio de Nebrija University and has completed the Advanced Programme in Real Estate Asset Management at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid (IE Business School).
He has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector. He began his career as a solicitor and legal advisor to property developers and real estate companies. He later became an investor, developing his own portfolio of assets and assisting other investors in the launch and management of their projects. Finally, he specialised in the premium residential segment, where he markets unique projects and high-end homes for national and international clients.
